Synced are looking for a Resident Host / Community & Events Associate to be the friendly face of a seriously impressive residential building in North London. This is more than just a customer service role – it’s about creating a real sense of community and ensuring residents feel at home.

You may currently be working as a Customer Service Advisor, Community Associate, Resident Host, Resident Services Advisor, Front of House, Receptionist or in a similar customer services role – whatever your title, what really matters is your people-first attitude and ability to provide an exceptional experience.

What’s required…

Resident Host / Community & Events Associate – Residential Living
North London
Up to £38k per annum

Outline duties:

  • Being the first point of contact for residents – providing a warm welcome and ensuring they have the best possible experience.

  • Building strong relationships with residents and creating a true sense of community.

  • Managing social media channels for the building.

  • Supporting sales & marketing – conducting site tours, handling leasing & renewals, and promoting memberships.

  • Overseeing building administration – including tenancy & lease documentation.

  • Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors.

  • Organising events to enhance resident engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

A real people person – warm, friendly, and approachable.
Customer service obsessed – you love delivering great experiences.
Highly organised – able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Great communication skills – both in person and online.
Experience in a customer-facing role – hospitality, PBSA, BTR, CoLiving, coworking, or similar industries are all transferable.
