What’s required…
Assistant Manager - Residential Living
Glasgow
Up to £30k (DOE) + Benefits
Working Hours - Monday - Friday
In this role you would be responsible for building communities within the building and locally, hosting events and being the first contact for all residents and the onsite team.
Outline duties and responsibilities:
Assist in leading, motivating and developing a small onsite team
Customer service & customer journey
Events management - managing the ideas and running of events.
Resident care, engagement and satisfaction
Management of Social media channels for the building
Sales & Marketing - Site visits, tours and events
Building management - Compliance, H&S and coordination of maintenance requests
Building administration & Coordination e.g. tenancy, lease, contractor liaison
Drive the highest rates of retention and community engagement
