Area Operations Manager

Synced are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of PBSA sites across the Midlands.

This role offers the chance to manage and oversee the operations of multiple sites, lead and develop site-based teams, and foster strong client relationships. You’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the smooth running of your portfolio.

Area Operations Manager - Midlands

Hybrid - Home & Site Based

Sector Experience Considered: PBSA, BTR, Hospitality/Hotels, Residential Living, Co-Working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage operational teams across a portfolio of properties, ensuring exceptional service

    delivery.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and improve site performance.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements across all properties.

  • Manage commercial contracts and assess financial performance and budget adherence.

  • Oversee customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in service standards.

  • Promote and maintain high standards of the company brand across all sites.

  • Ensure operational efficiency and quality control across all locations, implementing best practices

    to meet client expectations.

  • Manage a key client relationship, providing detailed reports and insights into the performance of

    each site.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven success in driving behaviour and managing multi-site teams and

    operations remotely

  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Exceptional relationship management experience with both the client and operational teams

  • A results driven self starter with proactive approach

  • High levels of organisation and time management skills
